Refund policy
Returns are NOT accepted for any of the items listed online.
Unless items arrive defected due to the shipping and handling.
However, you can always contact us if you have any issues with your order at Fauxiesboutique@gmail.com. Please provide the order number when emailing.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that all items are HANDMADE and may have minor imperfections.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your order. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
A refund amount will be discussed with the customer if approved.
